       Issue of £50,000,000 Secured Bonds due 2018


Further to today's earlier press release:

_     the  interest rate on the bonds is 6.875% p.a. paid
      semi-annually

_     the issue price is £99.582 per £1,000 nominal of
      bonds

_     at  the  issue price, the gross redemption yield  on
      the bonds is 6.916 per cent semi annual.
