Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC (`the Company') has received
notification from Resolution Asset Management (`Resolution') that following a
sale of 5,729,689 Geared Income shares in the Company, Resolution now no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Geared Income shares of the Company.
