Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust plc (`the Company') has received a TR-1
notification under the Transparency Directive from Rensburg Sheppards Investment
Management Limited that following a recent transaction it now has an interest in
6,955,060 Zero Dividend Preference shares representing 11.07% of that share
class and 5.536% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
