The IBM Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$12 per common share, payable March 10,2000 to stockholders of record, on
February 10,2000. IBM stock will be traded ex-dividend on the New York Stock
Exchange starting February 8,2000.
The IBM Board of Directors also announced that the next Annual Meeting will be
held April 25,2000 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio.
