                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS


The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 06 August
2007, 122,034,504 voting rights in the Company (representing 13.91% of the
voting rights of the Company, of which 1.62% is direct and 12.28% is indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 12% in respect
of the indirect holding (the previous notification being 13.05%, of which 1.64%
was direct and 11.41% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 7 August 2007.
