DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary shares of 10 pence each by John Coombe, a non-executive director. 

On 27 July 2011, Mr Coombe purchased 10,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 133.36 pence per share.

The notification by Mr Coombe was received by the Company on 27 July 2011. 

Notification of this transaction is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
