BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED - INVESTOR CALL

BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") invites investors to join its investor conference call, to be held with BlueCrest Capital Management LLP ("BlueCrest"), which will take place on Tuesday 28 January 2014 at 14:00 (GMT).

The call will be hosted by Michael Platt, CIO of BlueCrest Capital Management Guernsey LP, Geneva branch and Simon Dannatt, member of the AllBlue Allocation Committee.

Participants are able to submit questions in advance of the call (details upon registration) and, time permitting, will be provided with the opportunity to ask additional questions at the end of the call.

Investors are requested to register for the investor call by Monday 27 January 2014 at 17:00 (GMT) at the following website:-

Dial in details will then be sent to those registered on the morning of the investor call. 

Access to the call will be restricted to persons who can make the following confirmations and agreements:

a)   confirming that if you are in the United Kingdom you either (i) have professional experience in matters relating to investments and fall within the definition of 'investment professionals' in Article 19(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, as amended or (ii) fall within the descriptions of (or are investment personnel of) high net worth companies, high net worth unincorporated associations or partnerships or trustees of high value trusts as set out in Article 49(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, as amended and are a 'qualified investor' as defined in section 86 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended;

b)   confirming that you are outside the US and a non-US person (as defined in Regulation S);

c)   accepting that the information disclosed in the investor call is not for public dissemination and no recordings or transcripts are permitted to be made;

d)   agreeing that all information and opinions conveyed in the investor call will not constitute investment advice;

e)   accepting that no information or opinions conveyed in the investor call will create any warranty;

f)    confirming that you understand that the information given in the investor call and subsequent discussions (if any) are for information purposes only and are not intended to constitute an offer, solicitation of an offer, invitation or inducement to purchase or sell any shares or any other securities in any jurisdiction;

g)   undertaking that you will not base any investment decision solely on the information that you receive during the course of the investor call;

h)   confirming that, if you are outside the United Kingdom, you are entitled to join the investor call without the Company, BlueCrest or any other person being in breach of any laws or regulations in the jurisdiction in which you are located and without compliance by the Company, BlueCrest or any other person with any filing, reporting or other requirements; and

i)    confirming that you understand that BlueCrest receives management and performance fees as investment manager to AllBlue Limited (which the Company invests into) and that accordingly the views and opinions expressed by BlueCrest should not be considered as independent.
