Henderson EuroTrust plc today announces that Mr H M Priestley will be
resigning from the Board of Directors with effect from 1 January 2001 due to
the pressure of other commitments. Mr Priestley has been a director since the
Company's inception in 1992. The Board is grateful to him for the commitment
and contribution that he has made to the Company over the past eight years.
