Holidaybreak plc announces that Mark Wray has today sold 6,076 shares in
Holidaybreak plc at £6.95 each.

Following the exercise Mr Wray has notified his interest in the share capital of
the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.(R) and section 324 of the
Companies Act as follows:
