Employee Share Trust 1998 (the 'Trust') purchased 45,687
A ordinary shares in Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. at a
price of 370p each.  The Trust is a discretionary Trust for
the benefit of such employees (including the Directors)
of Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. as the Trustee may
decide to benefit.
