Foresight Technology VCT plc - Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that:



Foresight Technology VCT plc's capital consists of 14,791,348 ordinary shares
with voting rights and 34,976,091 'C' ordinary shares with voting rights.
Foresight Technology VCT plc does not hold any ordinary shares or any 'C'
ordinary shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Foresight Technology VCT plc is
49,767,439.



The above figure (49,767,439) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Foresight Technology VCT
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
