The Company announces that its 2009 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting are now available to download from the Company's website at www.empyreanenergy.com and are being sent to shareholders tomorrow.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 3 July 2009 at the Radisson May Fair Hotel, Suite 3, Stratton Street, London W1J 8LT.
