Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated

On 26 March 2026, the Company was notified that Nathan Coe, Chief Executive Officer, had  on that date transferred 3,430,087 Ordinary Shares to be jointly held with Natasha Loxton‑Coe (a Person Closely Associated with Nathan Coe).

Following this transaction the total number of Ordinary Shares that Nathan Coe holds together with his Persons Closely Associated remains 3,430,087 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.417% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
