                    ECOSECURITIES GROUP PLC (the "Company")


               DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS


Dublin, Ireland - Further to this morning's announcement of, inter alia, a
proposed placing of new ordinary shares and existing ordinary shares in the
Company ("Placing"), the proposed sale of approximately 9.4m existing ordinary
shares of 0.25 euro cents each in the Company ("Sale Shares") includes certain
directors and significant shareholders which fall to be disclosed in accordance
with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.  For the purpose of this
announcement the disclosure date for the following transactions is 22 June 2007,
although it should be noted that the sale of the Sale Shares is subject to the
terms and conditions set out in the announcement released earlier today. The
following table assumes that all Sale Shares are sold through the Placing.  The
placing price and the exact number of ordinary shares to be placed will be
determined through a bookbuilding process.  Further notification will be made as
and when the Placing is completed.
