                            Director's Shareholding


EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 22 December 2006 that Pedro
Moura Costa, President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, as a
shareholder of Polar Sky Corporation, on that day transferred the legal
ownership of all his Polar Sky Corporation shares to First Island Trustees
Limited, who are holding them in Trust for Mr. Moura Costa and his family.


Polar Sky Corporation will continue to hold 13,348,000 ordinary shares with a
par value of 0.25 cents (Euro) each in EcoSecurities, through its custodian,
Blydenstein Nominees. No consideration was paid in respect of the transfer.
Following this transaction, Mr. Moura Costa continues to be interested in
13,348,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.25 cents (Euro) each,
representing 14.41% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
