                  DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc ('the Company')

                    Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme


The Company announces that it purchased 150,000 of its ordinary shares of 5
pence each on 9 May 2005, through Numis Securities at a price of GBP 2.705 per
share.  These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of shares in
issue to 55,050,762.
