The Company announces that it was informed on 18 March 2026 that Richard Brearley, Non‑Executive Director, transferred, for nil consideration, 30,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company to his wife, Sarah Brearley, in an off market transaction. 

Mr and Mrs Brearley's combined beneficial interest in the Company therefore remains unchanged at 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Further details are set out in the PDMR forms below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
