DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

Diploma PLC has been notified that Mr NP Lingwood, Group Finance Director of the Company, has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 309.8 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, his beneficial interest in the shares of the Company has increased to 194,265 shares.
