The Company has been informed that Martin Riley, a PDMR of the Company, has
today acquired 1562 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company at a price of £3.17 per share.


Martin Riley's beneficial interest in the Company is now 1562 Ordinary Shares,
which represents approximately 0.003 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
