Issue of equity

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK commercial real estate investment company, is pleased to announce that in order to satisfy continued investor demand, 1,650,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company were issued today at 106.75 pence per share (the "New Shares"), raising £1,761,375 (before costs and expenses).

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital comprises 238,422,071 ordinary shares.

Applications will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.  Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 24 December 2015.
