                  PEMBROKE DOCK PLANNING APPLICATION APPROVAL

Further to its announcement of 9 January 2008, the Board of The Conygar
Investment Company PLC is pleased to announce that the planning application in
respect of the Pembroke Dock Waterfront development has been approved by the
Pembrokeshire County Council.

The development is expected to create a 260 berth marina, 146 houses, 304
apartments with associated leisure and retail facilities and an end value in
excess of £100 million.
