Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 20 February 2006, 13,130 options over ordinary
shares were exercised at an exercise price of 96 pence per ordinary share. The
issue of ordinary shares pursuant to this exercise were satisfied by the issue
of ordinary shares held in treasury. Following this issue, Creston holds 3,643
of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 37,183,366 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
