It is noted that application has been made for the admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") of the 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which were issued to Mr Steve Callaghan, Non-Executive Director, on the exercise of his options as announced on 20 December 2012.  Admission will be effective on 31 December 2012.
