The Directors of Big Yellow Group PLC announce that, at an Extraordinary General
Meeting held earlier today, resolutions 1 and 2 which relate to the grant of
authority to purchase Ordinary Shares and approval for a waiver to be granted by
the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, were duly passed. There was no other
business at the meeting.
