Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that the following Directors have interests in deferred shares that were awarded under the Company's Deferred Plan in February 2010.  The following deferred shares have now vested under the plan and were transacted as set out below.

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 25 February, Mr Neil Maidment transferred 89,211 shares to his spouse, Elizabeth Louise Maidment.

The average price for the disposal of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each was 213.57p and the shares were received for no consideration.

Beazley plc was informed of these transactions on 25 February 2013.
