Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC has today been informed by the Co-operative
Insurance Society that on 4 February 2004 they sold 300,000 ordinary shares in
the Company.

This brings their total holding in the Company to 675,630 ordinary shares, which
represents 2.21% of the 30,600,492 shares in issue.
