PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 27 September 2013 it purchased 42,528 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 113.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,518,070 ordinary shares in issue.
