PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 9 December 2011 it purchased 71,877 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 83.75p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,924,538 ordinary shares in issue.
