Dividend Declaration

Alliance Trust PLC announces the declaration of a third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2013 of 2.387 pence per share payable on 31 December 2013 to shareholders on the register on 6 December 2013. The ex-dividend date is 4 December 2013.

The dividend is in line with that indicated in our Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012. In the absence of any unforeseen developments, the Board expects to be able to recommend a final interim dividend of at least that amount, payable on or around 31 March 2014.
