The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 7 December 2022 at 1.30pm at Connaught House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands GY1 1GZ. The results of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion.
