In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC announces the following:

As at 31 October 2012, Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC's capital consists of
ordinary shares of 25p, with each ordinary share holding one voting right and
also subscription shares conferring the right to subscribe for ordinary shares.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 45,719,872. The Company has
378,408 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of subscription shares in
issue is 2,433,208.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC
is 45,341,464.

The above figure (45,341,464) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC, or a change to their
interest in Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC, under the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
