Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 20 June 2007 it purchased 152,600
Ordinary Shares at a price of 94.50 pence per share and 52,472 Series 2
Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,686,465 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
15,088,030 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
