Change of company secretary
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP has been
appointed as company secretary in place of Matrix-Securities Limited on 29 May
2012.
With effect from 1 July 2012, Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP will leave
Matrix Group Limited, at which point it is likely to change its name.
