Section 198 disclosure by HBOS plc
Pursuant to Section 198 of the Act, HBOS plc have notified Oxford Instruments
plc that they no longer have a notifiable material interest (for the purposes
of Sections 208 and 209 of the Act) in the Ordinary 5p shares of the Company.

Obtains access to the information in a personal capacity;
Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
