Investment Counsel Limited on behalf of itself and Mackenzie Financial
Corporation (which has an individual notification obligation) has an interest
in 2,378,871 Ordinary Shares of 5p each which, represents 4.82% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

  * 4.82% of the voting rights are held by Howson Tatersall Investment Counsel
    Limited as investment manager which has a disclosable interest as a result
    of DTR 5.2.1R(h).
   
  * Saxon Financial Inc. is a 100% shareholder of Howson Tatersall Investment
    Counsel Limited and has an indirect holding of 4.82% as a result of DTR
    5.2.1R(e)
   
  * Mackenzie Financial Corporation is a 100% shareholder of Saxon Financial
    Inc. and has an indirect holding of 4.82% as a result of DTR 5.2.1R(e)
