Retirement and appointment of a new Company Secretary
LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC (LAP), the retail property investment
company announces the retirement of Michael Stevens as Company Secretary on 31
March 2011 after holding the position for 25 years.
Michael Heller, Chairman said "I would like to thank Michael on behalf of the
Board, for the significant role he has played in the development of LAP plc and
we wish Michael well in his retirement".
Heather Curtis, who joined the company in 2002 has been promoted to the
position of Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2011. Heather is
an Associate of Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
