Following the Directors `Holding in Company' announcement released on 27 April
2006, Keller Group plc has today been advised that Terratest Tecnicas
Especiales, S.A. holds an interest in 3,691,985 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 5.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
