Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial

The Company announces that on 1 July 2013, the following Directors were
allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of
96.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The allotments were made under the Company's
Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the interim dividend of 6 pence per
share paid on 27 June 2013:
