DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The company was notified on 2nd July that Legal & General Group plc and its
subsidiary companies have reduced their notifiable interest to 2,749,967
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing a reduction from 4.55%
to 3.25% of the total shares in issue. The shares are held in several HSBC
Global Custody Nominee Accounts.
