The Company announces that on 16 August 2010 it purchased 25,000 Ordinary 1p
shares for treasury at a price of 17.5p per share. Following this transaction
the number of Ordinary shares in issue remains 14,864,827 of which 75,000 are
now held in treasury.
The number of Ordinary shares for the purpose of total voting rights is
14,789,827.
