The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 178,428 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22nd November 2010 at a price of 673.46p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,091,961 shares in Treasury
and has 613,385,734 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
