The Company announces that Mr Michael Moule, a Director of the Company,
purchased 2,500 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of £4.54526 per share
on 22 September 2011.

As a result of this transaction Mr Michael Moule now has a beneficial interest
in 7,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Ordinary shares in issue.
