Annual General Meeting

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 23 May 2008, Mr Hugh
Bolland and Mr John Hylands were confirmed as directors by shareholders. Mrs
Lesley Knox was re-elected as a director.

All resolutions proposed at the AGM were carried on a poll. Votes received
