The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at The Civic Suite, Wandsworth
Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, London SW18 2PU at 11.30 a.m. on
Tuesday 12 July 2005.

Copies of the 2005 Annual Report & Accounts have today been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
