Offer Price Announcement

Ocado Group plc, traded as OCDO on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), is a British online supermarket. In contrast to its main competitors, the company has no chain of stores and does all home deliveries from its warehouses. The company was launched in January 2000 by three former Goldman Sachs bankers; Jonathan Faiman, Jason Gissing, and Tim Steiner.

The Ocado name was registered in February 2002, and the company listed on the London Stock Exchange on 21 July 2010. As a member of the FTSE 100 Index, Ocado is a significant player on the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Over the years, Ocado has formed partnerships with several high-profile companies, including Waitrose and Marks & Spencer.

Today, it stands as a leading innovator in the field of online grocery shopping, with its proprietary Ocado Smart Platform technology.

Ocado share price launched at 159p in 2010.
