behalf of the Underwriters of the Global Offer of Kazakhmys PLC, today exercised
the managers' option over 18,371,657 existing ordinary shares of 20 pence each
of Kazakhmys PLC (ISIN GB00B0HZPV38) at the Global Offer price of 540 pence per
ordinary share.
