Fourth Interim Dividend 2025 Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its fourth interim dividend of 4.25 pence per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2025 (2024: 1.82 pence per share).

Such dividend will be paid on Monday, 1 September 2025 to shareholders on the register on Friday, 1 August 2025. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday, 31 July 2025.
