Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") announces that Michael Delehant, Group Managing Director, has decided to leave the Company with effect from 31 July 2026 to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.

Following Michael's departure, Diarmuid O'Conghaile, Chief Operations Officer, and Ian Malin, Chief Commercial Officer, will now report directly to József Váradi, Chief Executive Officer. Jingyuan Sun, who is expected to join Wizz Air as Chief Technical Officer, will also report directly to the Chief Executive Officer upon joining the Company.
