WIZZ AIR BOARD COMMITTEE UPDATES

Geneva, 28 July 2026:  Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") today announces updates to Board Committee memberships with effect from 24 July 2026.

·      Stephen L. Johnson (a non-executive director) is appointed as the Committee Chair of the Financial Performance Committee.

·      Brian H. Franke (a non-executive director) is appointed as an Observer on the Financial Performance Committee.

·      Brian H. Franke (a non-executive director) is appointed as a Member of the Safety, Security & Operational Compliance Committee.

·      Brian H. Franke (a non-executive director) is appointed as a Member of the Sustainability and Culture Committee.

Following these changes, the Wizz Air Board Committees will comprise:
