WIZZ AIR BOARD/ MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Geneva, 12 June 2026:  Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") today announces the appointment of Brian H. Franke as a non-independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 16 June 2026.

Mr. Franke has been a principal of Indigo Partners LLC, a private equity fund focused on air transportation since April 2004. Brian H. Franke has served as a member of the Frontier Board of Directors since December 2013. Mr. Franke has served on the boards of directors of Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.B. de C.V., an airline based in Mexico doing business as Volaris, since July 2010, including as board chair since April 2020; several entities within the JetSMART SpA group, an airline based in South America, since March 2017; APiJET, LLC, a software company focused on providing real-time cost saving analytics to airlines, since November 2020, and Cebu Air, Inc., an airline based in the Philippines, since July 2021. He previously served on the boards of Tiger Aviation Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based airline, from 2008 to 2010, and Tiger Airways Australia Pty Ltd., an Australian-based airline, from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Franke served on the University of Arizona Foundation board from 2016 to 2025. Mr. Franke holds a B.S. from the University of Arizona and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

At the same time, Mr. Andrew S. Broderick has informed the Company of his decision to resign as a Director of the Company with effect from 15 June 2026, after approximately seven years' service as a non-independent non-executive director of the Company.

Commenting on the changes, William A. Franke, Chairman said today:
